Worried about your low TOEFL score?
No TOEFL score is required to enter PSU's Intensive English Language Program (IELP). Just submit your IELP application then sign up to take the New Student Placement Test.

Also no TOEFL score is required to be admitted to PSU.
The PSU Admissions Office offers "conditional admission" to new international undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students, who apply, pay the $50 application fee, and meet the minimum academic requirements.

Students who lack the required English language proficiency are referred to English as a Second Language (ESL) classes in the Intensive English Language Program (IELP), until they successfully complete IELP Level 5 courses or demonstrate required English proficiency.
