Tuition - Refund

The IELP follows the same refund policy as Portland State University.

All dropped classes are subject to the refund schedule. For classes dropped:

• Prior to the second week of a term, students receive a 100% refund;
  
• In the second week of a term, students receive a 70% refund;
  
• In the third week of a term, students receive a 40% refund; and
  
• In the fourth week of a term, students receive a 20% refund.

A course may be dropped during the fifth week of the term by using the Special Registration Form, but the course will be recorded on the transcript as a withdrawn "W" course and full tuition will be charged.

All F-1 and J-1 international students must receive permission from the IELP International Student Advisor before any classes can be dropped.
