PSU's unique urban campus is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Portland. International students in the Intensive English Language Program (IELP) take classes in classrooms throughout the PSU campus, and are completely immersed and integrated in the PSU student life atmosphere. [Read more]

East Hall houses numerous administrative and faculty offices, all related to international education. Located in East Hall, room 122, the IELP Office shares an office with the Applied Linguistics Department.
